A few weeks ago , Latona and I spent a weekend overnight in Bar Harbor with Torrey, and our only request was that we hike somewhere together. Here we are on the walk along Ocean Drive - about three miles round trip. By the time we finished, she wanted to go back to the hotel for a nap before we went shopping. She was amazed that we weren't tired!
Yesterday, Thanksgiving, we enjoyed a wonderful meal at Katrina's on the other side of the pond from our house. Phillip and the grandkids joined in with the rest of the family to make it a great celebration.

Today we continued on our venture south with a stop at Carrie and Jay's house in New Hampshire. The girls sure surprised their "Meme" with a special birthday celebration. Her birthday isn't until Sunday, the 27th, but they just couldn't wait... When we arrived they called out to us to come to the front door (usually we go in through the backway), and this is what we found...
This month has been filled with many happy moments with our children and grandchildren. We will carry these memories as gifts in our heart until we can be with them all again.
