Our laptop has decided to stop working so I will try a test post from the IPad. The pictures need to come from the iPad instead of the camera, so I feel a bit hampered. This will be short and I will call my sisterl to see if it came through okay. Thanks for your patience.
This is the reddish Egret. Unique feature is a two-tone bill, actually pink and black. It also "dances" over the water as it feeds. See picture one.
Friend Marian who is an excellent photographer snapping a shot of a Roseate Spoonbill in the Bird Pond. The mangroves line the edges and fill spots in the center.
Will try to take a picture of a picture and see if that works. Will be finding out how to get photos from camera onto the iPad. Let's see what happens.
